Delete your Articollect account

You can ask us to delete your Articollect account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is handled by our team, so the request is made by email.

How to request deletion

  1. Write to us at hello@articollect.io, ideally from the email address you use to sign in to the app.
  2. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include the email address of the account you want deleted.
  3. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. Once the account is deleted, we will let you know by email.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in details, your profile, and the collections, scans and other content you saved in the app.

What we may keep

Only technical security logs, for up to 12 months, as required for security purposes. Details are in our privacy policy.

We handle requests within 30 days at the latest.
